To many people’s surprise, Long Island hosts a variety of seals and other marine mammals during the winter months. Join Dr. Arthur Kopelman of the Coastal Research and Education Society of Long Island for a presentation on these fascinating creatures and the habitats in our region on which they rely. This program is part of the 2010 Novice Naturalist Lecture Series. *An attendance fee ($4 members/$6 non-members) applies to this program.
